I have researched on the internet how to turn off or disable Gracenote and have not found a way to do this. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and it is not the phone causing this issue. I have already talked to the Toyota dealership and they said everything is updated and it must be my phone (copout). My 2018 Camry never had this problem and also did not have Gracenote. to display the art when playing the music.

In short, you would need to obtain and install via 4Runner USB port the 13TDANNA-DA11_0158.kwi file. Those of us who have 2016-2018 models (and also 2019, but I leave this model outside of the scope of this specific request) with the Head Units ("Entune Premium Audio") made by Panasonic, may have an advantage of installing the latest software update, as several annoying bugs supposed to be fixed.
